1. Who we are
Cornerstone Scripts operates this website and sells digital resources for RedM and FiveM servers. Payments are handled by Tebex and delivery by Cfx.re Keymaster; each of those services has its own privacy policy, linked below.
2. What we collect
Through the store. When you add an item to your cart, a basket is created with Tebex and its identifier is stored in your browser's local storage so your cart survives a reload. Checkout asks you to sign in with your Cfx.re account; Tebex records the account username and id against the basket, together with the details you enter at payment. This website never sees your payment card details.
Automatically. This website is served by Cloudflare, which records standard request logs on our behalf: IP address, the pages requested, browser type and time of request. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
When you contact us. Messages sent on Discord or by email contain whatever you choose to include, such as your Discord username, email address, server details and console output.
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we do not set cookies of our own.
3. How we use it
- To create and complete your order, deliver resources and provide support.
- To keep the store secure and diagnose faults.
- To answer questions and announce updates to resources you own.
4. Who we share it with
- Tebex processes payments and stores order and customer records for this store. Tebex privacy policy.
- Cfx.re (Keymaster) delivers purchased assets to your Cfx.re account. Cfx.re privacy policy.
- Discord hosts our community and support channels. Discord privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes request logs on our behalf. Cloudflare privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
5. Retention
Basket identifiers stay in your browser until you clear site data or complete a purchase. Order records are kept by Tebex for as long as its terms require; we keep support correspondence for as long as it is useful to help you. Request logs are kept for no more than seven days.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email support@cornerstonescripts.dev. Requests about order and payment data are forwarded to Tebex where it is the controller.
7. Children
The store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will remove it.
8. Security
Payment is handled entirely by Tebex over encrypted connections. This website is served over HTTPS and keeps its own data collection to the minimum described above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the "Last recorded" date at the top of the page changes with it. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
