Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing this store, creating a basket, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store or the resources sold through it.

2. What you are buying

Cornerstone Scripts sells digital resources for RedM and FiveM servers: scripts and map interiors (MLOs). Each listing states the platform it is built for — RedM, FiveM Legacy, FiveM Enhanced, or both FiveM runtimes. It is your responsibility to check that a resource matches the runtime and framework your server runs before you buy.

3. Licence

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run the resource on servers you own or operate. You may modify configuration and, where the source is provided, adapt the resource for your own servers.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, upload, or otherwise redistribute the resource or any part of it, with or without modification, and you may not use it to build a competing product. Resources delivered through Cfx.re Keymaster remain bound to the Cfx.re account that made the purchase; transferring an asset between accounts is done in Keymaster, subject to Cfx.re's rules.

4. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Tebex, which acts as the merchant of record for this store. Prices are shown in the store's currency and include applicable taxes where Tebex collects them. After payment, resources are delivered through Cfx.re Keymaster to the account you signed in with at checkout, not by email.

5. Refunds

Because resources are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally not refundable once delivered. If a resource is defective and cannot be made to work as described, contact support within 7 days of purchase with the details listed on the Getting help page; every request is reviewed individually. Refunds are not offered for problems caused by modifications you made, by a runtime or framework the listing does not name, or by third-party resources.

6. Updates and support

Updates to a resource you own are free for as long as it is sold. Support is offered through Discord and email as described in the Support section of the documentation. Support does not extend to modifications you have made or to resources from other developers.

7. Compliance

All resources are built to be compliant with the FiveM and RedM terms of service and Rockstar Games' Platform Licence Agreement. You are responsible for using them in a way that keeps your own server compliant.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Resources are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Scripts makes no warranties beyond those stated in the listing and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, data loss or server downtime, arising from the use of a resource. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the resource concerned.

9. Changes to the store and these terms

Listings, prices and these terms may change without notice. The version of the terms in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cornerstone Scripts is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
